Our Little Cub!

Baseball for PJ has offically come to an end. He had his last game last night. He has done such a good job and has learned so much playing pitching machine this year. He has become a great little catcher and has been hitting awesome! Don't worry I am the loud mother banging the cowbells in the stands.... Just kidding, but it has been another great baseball season. I love getting to root for all my students playing too.

Slide Water!

Summer has finally come! The sunshine feels so nice. We set up the slide water, (as Ava calls it) at Nans house. The kids are having a blast playing on it. Jory and I sat out and got some rays on Saturday. Of course, Jory and PJ have beautiful tans now. Mine is coming a bit slower. Those dang Mexi's.

Yesterday my friends came to join the fun with us. Raydean, Ang, and I enjoyed our time together as did the kids. Our kids play so great together.

Don't worry, I signed all the kids up for the summer reading program at our library. They did a fun little get together today for the kiddos. It kept them happy for a good hour!

It sure hasn't felt much like summer here. It is too cold! It sure hasn't stopped cool PJ from running around like a mad man. He has been going strong and I am realizing that my baby boy is becoming a big boy! He had his first little sleepover the other night. He and his little buddys have been joined at the hip. I told him that I was going to let Cub's mom sign papers for custody. She can raise them for a week and then I will take a week!

I have been filling in for summer school for a couple days. I'm hating the getting up early. Tommorrow is my last day! I need my break from the classroom.

Uncle Joey

My cute little niece came over to play with us. We love having her here. She is such a hoot. Nobody loves her more than Uncle Joey though. He gave her a ride in the arena and she loved it. She did not want to get off. I have to admit that he is pretty dang cute with her. He calls her Princess Ava. She loves coming over and usually leaves way dirty and smelly from being around all the horses and dogs.

Happy Birthday Papa Tom!

My dad turned 60years old on May 21st. He had warned us not to put on a big production for the milestone, but when you have daughters you get what you get. The week of his birthday was crazy, so we suprised him May 31st. We invited family and his closest friends. It was a perfect day.

We have the best dad in the entire world and our children have the best Papa! I love you Pops! Check out my slideshow on the birthday fun...
